Reverend Pastor Maxi Saint-Fleur is the senior pastor of First Haitian Baptist Church of Orlando. He began his studies in ministry in 1973 at Seminary Theology Emmaus, Vaudreil of Cap-Haitien where he graduated in 1977.

Pastor Maxi Saint-Fleur continued to serve the Lord within many different ministries ranging from Haiti to New Jersey, before FHABCO became his home. In August 1981, he was ordained as pastor and served as associate pastor at FHABCO until 2006, serving alongside and under leadership of senior pastor Dr. Antoine Villard Fils-Aimé.

Pastor Maxi Saint-Fleur continued his studies at Christian Bible College and CBCS Seminary from 2008-2010. In 2016, Rev. Dr. Antoine Villard Fils-Aimé became pastor Emirutus of FHABCO. Through much prayer, zeal and servitude to the Lord in the Church, Pastor Maxi Saint-Fleur became to Senior Pastor of FHABCO. He is married to Micheline Saint-Fleur. They have three grown children, and they are proud grand-parents of six grand-children.
